Products are supplied against an agreed quotation and order confirmation. Applicable cancellation, return, replacement and refund arrangements should be agreed in writing for the order. No fixed return period or unconditional refund promise is offered by this page.

Report a concern

Contact [email protected] with your order reference, product reference, affected quantity, a description of the issue and relevant photos. Keep the product and packaging available while the issue is reviewed.

Return authorisation

Please contact our team before returning goods. The proposed remedy, return destination, freight responsibility and any supporting evidence must be confirmed for the specific case.

Customised products

Custom specifications, private-label artwork, tooling and sample arrangements are reviewed according to the agreed order terms and the stage of work completed.
